Title: Jr. Project Manager (Active Directory or Cybersecurity background is required)
Location: 95% Remote with travel to Topeka, Kansas very occasionally
Duration: 19-week initial phase + possible 6-month migration support 25 hours/week initially

Junior PMO Analyst
Location: Remote with travel to Topeka, Kansas
Role Summary
The junior analyst supports documentation, reporting, tracking, and coordination across all program workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain program documentation (RAIDs, schedules, dependencies, dashboards)
Track risks, action items, and blockers across all projects
Coordinate meetings, agendas, follow-ups, and notes
Assist with project reporting and progress summaries
Support financial tracking, resource allocation, and timeline updates
Prepare weekly dashboards for senior PMs and CISO
Provide flexible ad hoc support across identity, SOC, AI, and SIEM projects
Required Qualifications
1 3 years PMO/project coordination experience
Strong documentation and organizational skills
Basic understanding of cybersecurity/IT concepts (training acceptable)
Ability to support multiple project streams concurrently
Clear communication and willingness to operate in a fast-moving environment
