🔍 About the Role:
We are seeking experienced Systems Integration & Test Engineers to support cutting-edge Electro-Optic sensor systems for military platforms. This role involves end-to-end system integration, testing, validation, and working across multidisciplinary engineering teams.
💼 Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Plan, implement, and execute system/subsystem integration & testing
✔️ Develop and maintain test plans, procedures, and schedules
✔️ Perform system-level validation & verification (V&V)
✔️ Analyze test results and generate detailed evaluation reports
✔️ Troubleshoot HW/SW interface issues and ensure seamless integration
✔️ Execute regression testing and manage discrepancy reports
✔️ Support environmental testing (EMI, Thermal, ESS) & acceptance testing (ATP/FTP)
✔️ Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Software, Electrical, Mechanical, Reliability)
✔️ Support ground and flight test events
🛠️ Required Skills & Experience:
📌 For Orlando, FL:
🔹 4–6 years of Software Development (C, C++, LabVIEW preferred)
🔹 6+ years of Test Equipment Design
🔹 6+ years of Electronic & Mechanical Testing
🔹 Experience in production environments
📌 For Jacksonville, FL:
🔹 2–4 years of EO Sensor Development/Testing
🔹 2–4 years of Electronic & Mechanical Testing
🌟 Preferred Qualifications:
✨ LabVIEW / LabWindows CVI / NI tools experience
✨ Strong C/C++ programming with ATE integration
✨ Experience with VXI/PXI chassis, switches, EO testing, automation
✨ High-volume production test systems experience
✨ Missile / sensor / platform integration background
