Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Data Warehousing Specialists to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Design and develop data solutions that support business and technical requirements.
- Perform data integration, validation, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure solution reliability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.
- Document technical specifications, processes, procedures, and implementation activities.
Minimum Qualifications

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
3–5 years of experience in data engineering, data warehousing, SQL development, cloud-based data platforms, and technical requirements gathering.

Technical Skills
|
SQL, Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, AWS, Snowflake, Data Integration, Data Validation, Data Analysis, Cloud Computing, Requirements Gathering

|
Business / Domain Skills
|
- Intermediate (3-5 years) experience in Healthcare IT and the healthcare domain.
- Tailored for large-scale healthcare data workflows covering payer and provider operations, claims, and member data.
- Familiarity with handling sensitive healthcare data securely in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Knowledge of healthcare data interoperability standards such as HL7 and FHIR.

Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
