• Enhance build reproducibility, artifact traceability, and release quality controls

• Improve dependency management and support efforts toward more scalable build architectures

• Maintain and optimize installer packaging processes and deployment artifacts

• Support code-signing processes and ensure release integrity throughout the delivery lifecycle

• Collaborate closely with developers, QA teams, product owners, and business stakeholders to coordinate release activities

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing release lead times and operational overhead

• Identify, document, and eliminate technical and process debt impacting software delivery

• Communicate release readiness, risks, blockers, and timelines to technical and non-technical stakeholders

You will be a good fit for this role if you have:

• Strong experience managing enterprise software build and release processes

• Deep hands-on expertise with Maven, including multi-module and enterprise-scale build environments

• Experience working with complex dependency management and build orchestration workflows

• Experience implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting CI/CD pipelines

• Strong hands-on experience with Jenkins, including pipeline development and automation

• Experience with modern CI/CD platforms such as GitHub Actions or similar technologies

• Experience supporting multi-repository environments and release branching strategies

• Practical experience with monorepo architectures, dependency graph management, and incremental build strategies

• Strong Git and GitHub experience, including release workflows and source control best practices

• Experience with Windows installer packaging, MSI installation technologies, or similar deployment tooling

• Knowledge of software signing and release integrity processes

• Proficiency with scripting and automation tools such as PowerShellGroovy, or similar technologies

• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills

• Experience improving engineering workflows and reducing manual operational processes

• Ability to work independently while managing critical release activities and deadlines

• Excellent communication skills and experience coordinating across multiple teams

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience evaluating or implementing monorepo migration strategies

• Familiarity with build tools such as BazelNxTurborepo, or similar dependency-aware build systems

• Experience designing incremental or selective build processes

• Knowledge of cloud-based code signing solutions

• Experience improving software delivery performance through DORA metrics

• Familiarity with software supply chain security and artifact management best practices

• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise software platforms with complex release dependencies
