Role Overview
An experienced Scrum Master is sought for a hybrid role that combines scrum leadership with business analysis and testing support. This position is integral to a large-scale, testing-focused SAP system migration program. The role involves facilitating an established agile team, managing testing cycles, and ensuring deliverables align with project milestones for a legacy CIS to SAP IS-U billing transition.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives using JIRA.
- Track team deliverables, remove impediments, and foster an environment of continuous improvement.
- Manage and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and defect management cycles with technical teams.
- Serve as a communication bridge between the project team and dependent external teams to ensure alignment.
- Contribute to testing efforts to ensure billing accuracy and data validation between legacy and new systems.
- Support the team by opening and closing sprints and monitoring progress toward key milestones.
Required Qualifications
Experience: Proven background in a hybrid role combining Scrum Master duties with Business Analyst or QA/testing responsibilities. Experience is required in complex, multi-workstream migration programs. Direct experience in the utility industry.
Technical Skills: Strong, hands-on knowledge of JIRA for sprint management and team facilitation. Experience with SAP ISU billing systems is required.
Compensation
The anticipated pay range for this position is $50.00/hr to $63.00/hr. Please note that the pay range may be adjusted based on the specific location and market conditions.
