Summary

We have an immediate requirement for a Senior ServiceNow Engineer (SME level) to work onsite from Day 1 at Buffalo, NY (Seneca One) with M&T Bank. We are an approved vendor for this engagement.

Mandatory Conditions (Read before applying)

Must work onsite in Buffalo, NY from Day 1
Must work on W2 payroll
No H1B / OPT / STEM // C2C / 1099
Must currently be located on the East Coast
Strong communication skills required

Role Details

Location: Buffalo, NY (Onsite)
Duration: 6 months (likely extension up to 18 months / potential conversion)
Rate: $70/hr W2 (all-inclusive) + PTO
Interviews: 2–3 Video/Webex rounds
Immediate start

Required Expertise (SME Level)

The team focuses on the ServiceNow platform within an Agile environment (sprints/Jira) working closely with the Enterprise Architecture team.

Candidates must have deep expertise in:

CMDB, CSDM, and APM frameworks
CI relationships, Technical Services, Business Services lifecycle mapping
CMDB governance and data integrity aligned to latest CSDM standards
JavaScript and ServiceNow proprietary APIs
Business Rules, Client Scripts, Flow Designer
IntegrationHub / REST API integrations to maintain a single source of truth

This is not a development-only role. We need a ServiceNow platform SME with strong architectural understanding.
