Role: Business Analyst (Product Owner Preferred)
Location: Remote – United States
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Business Analyst with Product Owner experience and a strong Banking & Finance background. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and Agile teams to gather requirements, manage product backlogs, and deliver high-quality financial solutions.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of Business Analysis experience.
- Product Owner experience preferred.
- Strong Banking & Financial Services domain expertise.
- Experience in Retail, Commercial, Digital Banking, Payments, Lending, or Treasury.
- Expertise in requirements gathering, BRD/FRD, user stories, acceptance criteria, and UAT.
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum, Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
- Basic understanding of APIs, system integrations, and SQL.
Preferred
- CSPO, PSPO, CBAP, or SAFe PO/PM certification.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and regulatory initiatives (KYC, AML, PCI).
