Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to support multiple strategic initiatives within a fast-paced Product PMO organization. This role will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, Business Operations, and executive leadership to drive the successful delivery of enterprise-scale software programs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile program management, software delivery, portfolio management, and executive stakeholder engagement. Experience within AdTech, Digital Advertising, Marketplace Platforms, Privacy/Data Management, or Smart TV ecosystems is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale software development programs.
- Develop and manage program roadmaps, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation plans.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Business teams.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support Agile transformation initiatives.
- Manage program governance, executive reporting, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
- Identify, track, and resolve program risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Coordinate multiple concurrent projects and ensure alignment with strategic business objectives.
- Conduct leadership workshops, planning sessions, and program reviews.
- Utilize Jira and Confluence to manage program execution, documentation, and reporting.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence across the organization.
- Leverage AI/GenAI tools to improve program execution, reporting, and productivity where applicable.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor''s degree required.
- 10+ years of Program Management experience in software development environments.
- Proven experience managing enterprise-scale software delivery programs from initiation through deployment.
- Strong expertise in:
- Agile Methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
- Jira
- Confluence
- Program & Portfolio Management
- Experience managing complex stakeholder environments and executive communications.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
Preferred Qualifications

- Android TV Platforms
- Experience leading Agile transformation initiatives.
- Technical understanding of software architecture and delivery processes.
- Experience utilizing AI/GenAI tools for program management and operational efficiency.
- PMP, SAFe, Scrum Master, or related certifications preferred.
