Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Cloud Technical Lead with 10+ years of hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, AWS, Angular, React, API Gateway, Supergraph, and cloud-native application modernization.
The candidate will be responsible for modernizing legacy/home-grown CRM platforms and migrating them to scalable cloud-native solutions using AWS and Azure. The role requires strong technical leadership, architecture, development, testing, DevOps, and production-support experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze legacy and home-grown CRM platforms and define modernization and cloud migration strategies.
- Design and develop cloud-native applications using Spring Boot and Microservices.
- Design and implement APIs using API Gateway, Supergraph, and modern integration patterns.
- Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.
- Develop responsive front-end applications using Angular and React.
- Design and implement solutions using AWS services including:
- S3
- EC2
- DynamoDB
- SNS
- SQS
- CloudWatch
- Lambda
- Kinesis
- Glue
- Kafka
- Apply knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud services and cloud-native architecture.
- Lead high-level design and architecture discussions with business and technical stakeholders.
- Review application architecture, code, and technical designs.
- Establish development standards, reusable patterns, and best practices.
- Develop and execute POCs to address client technical challenges.
- Implement automated testing using JUnit, Cucumber, and other testing frameworks.
- Support CI/CD implementation using GitHub, AWS, and Azure DevOps pipelines.
- Participate in deployment planning, release management, and post-production support.
- Troubleshoot production issues and drive root-cause resolution.
- Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Work within Agile/Scrum teams and participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Mentor developers and provide technical guidance across development and integration activities.
- Drive operational excellence, scalability, security, performance, and reliability.
