Job Description:
The Business Development & Account Manager is instrumental in driving business growth through client acquisition, effective account management, the establishment of robust client relationships, and managing projects. This role entails identifying new business opportunities, expanding existing accounts, ensuring overall client satisfaction, and successfully overseeing project execution.
Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the US staffing industry.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Build a strong pipeline of potential clients through networking, market research, and targeted outreach.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client staffing needs and propose tailored solutions.
Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their staffing needs and promptly address any issues.
Account Management:
- Oversee the successful execution of staffing solutions for clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of staffing placements.
- Provide regular reports to clients on staffing performance, trends, and improvement recommendations.
Project Management:
- Manage projects related to business development, client acquisition, and account management.
- Ensure timely and successful project delivery by coordinating efforts across internal teams.
- Monitor project milestones and outcomes to meet or exceed client expectations.
Market Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market changes.
- Conduct market analysis to identify potential areas for business expansion or improvement.
- Adjust business strategies based on market dynamics and client feedback.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including recruitment, operations, and leadership, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide guidance and support to the recruitment team in identifying and acquiring suitable candidates.
Projects Acquisition/Management:
- Prepare and submit compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the internal team to create accurate and realistic project proposals.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Close deals and secure contracts for projects.
- Work closely with project managers and relevant teams to develop detailed project plans.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development and account management within the US staffing industry.
