Join a dynamic team as an Operational Technology (OT) Network & SCADA Consultant, supporting a rapidly evolving company engaged in multiple acquisitions within the utilities and power generation sectors. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive on-site assessments at designated facilities to evaluate existing OT network and SCADA environments.
- Gather detailed requirements and perform due diligence to identify gaps, vulnerabilities, and opportunities for system integration.
- Develop structured data collection and assessment templates, utilizing your expertise to ensure thorough and accurate evaluations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to formulate detailed M&A and system integration proposals, encompassing hardware, software, and telecommunications infrastructure.
- Provide expert recommendations on integrating acquired assets, including hardware and software components, circuits from telecommunications partners, and existing ecosystem configurations.
- Support the design of future-state operational environments, aligning with company standards and industry best practices.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by documenting findings and enhancing assessment methodologies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in OT network architecture, SCADA environments, and power generation systems within utility or energy sectors.
- Strong understanding of industrial control systems, cybersecurity considerations, and telecommunications infrastructure.
- Demonstrated ability to perform technical assessments, collect and analyze large datasets, and develop comprehensive reports.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical insights into actionable recommendations for diverse stakeholder groups.
- Experience with M&A activities, particularly integration planning and execution, is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently in the field and adapt to varying operational environments.
