Title Business Analyst IT L3
Location Torrance, CA (Onsite )
Contract Duration 6+ Months with possibility of an extension
Rate: $69/hr on W2
Must Have Skills:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in large-scale enterprise projects.
Strong understanding of SaaS solutions and integration methodologies.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proven ability to work in a complex, cross-functional environment.
Experience with business process modeling and tools such as Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN), including:
Creating detailed process maps and flowcharts to visualize business processes.
Using Tools to standardize the representation of business processes, making it easier to understand and communicate.
Identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement within business processes.
Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure that process models accurately reflect business requirements and objectives.
Utilizing tools to create and manage process diagrams.
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
Detail-oriented with very good organizational skills.
Ability to write detailed meeting minutes and communicate business requirements effectively through various methods.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Understanding of system integrations, including API (Application Programming Interface) and MFT (Managed File Transfer), and how systems are linked and integrated.
