Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Define and govern enterprise architecture blueprints aligned with business strategy and revenue growth.
- Lead solution design and guide development teams; provide hands-on coding in critical areas when needed.
- Participate in daily scrum, prioritization, and cross-team collaboration.
- Review and refine code, ensure quality, security, and performance standards.
- Mentor engineers and promote a culture of learning and collaboration.
- Work across functions including QA, Security, UX, and Cloud initiatives.
- Solve complex technical challenges and drive continuous improvement.
Required Experience
- 12+ years in software engineering/architecture roles.
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience.
Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in Java/JEE, Spring Boot, Spring integrations.
- Experience with AWS architecture & public cloud.
- Databases: Oracle, RDBMS, MongoDB, DynamoDB.
- DevOps & tools: Git, Jenkins, Ansible.
- Experience with document management systems at scale.
AI/ML & Modern Engineering
- Familiarity with AI/LLM platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, Amazon Q, Cursor).
- Knowledge of prompt engineering, performance optimization, and secure data handling.
