Job Summary
The Senior Technical lead in the field of DevOps Solutions, specifically with expertise in tibco BW, will be responsible for leading technical teams, designing and implementing DevOps solutions, and ensuring the smooth integration of tibco BW applications. Key Responsibilities

6. Stay updated on industry trends and technologies related to devops and tibco bw to propose innovative solutions.
Skill Requirements
1. Proficiency in devops tools and practices, including ci/cd pipelines, configuration management, and infrastructure as code.
2. In-depth knowledge and experience with tibco bw, including development, deployment, and maintenance of tibco bw applications.
3. Strong understanding of cloud technologies and their integration with devops processes, such as aws, azure, or google cloud.
4. Ability to automate manual processes using scripting languages like python, shell, or powershell.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues efficiently.
6. Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively lead technical teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
Other Requirements
1.Certifications in DevOps, tibco BW, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) are a plus.
