Summary

Job Description:
We need to look for an experienced Forman with at least 5+ years of experience in managing/handling team of multiple technicians. This is a great opportunity for a dependable leader who can deliver high-quality low-voltage installations on time and on budget.

Responsibilities:

Structured Cabling Foreman with 5+ years of hands-on foreman-level.
Proven ability to run projects from start to finish.
Expert in terminating, testing, and troubleshooting copper (Cat5e/6/6A) and fiber optic cabling.
Strong understanding of access control systems (installation, integration, and troubleshooting).
Strong leadership skills – able to lead, motivate, and supervise a team of technicians.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Clear communication and professional client-facing skills.
Reliable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented.
Any relevant certifications such as BICSI, OSHA, etc.
