Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Communications Management (CCM) Technology Architect to spearhead the migration of existing OpenText and Messagepoint-based customer communications to Quadient Inspire. This role involves working closely with client stakeholders, Quadient Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), business teams, and delivery teams to thoroughly understand the current CCM landscape. The architect will perform technical and functional assessments, define the target-state Quadient architecture, establish the migration strategy, and develop a comprehensive implementation roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Lead the migration of customer communications from OpenText and Messagepoint to Quadient Inspire.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders, Quadient SMEs, business teams, and delivery teams to understand the current CCM landscape.
• Perform technical and functional assessments to identify migration needs and opportunities.
• Define the target-state Quadient architecture that aligns with business goals and technical requirements.
• Establish a migration strategy that ensures a smooth transition with minimal disruption.
• Develop a detailed implementation roadmap that includes timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Conduct architecture and discovery workshops to gather requirements and insights.
• Convert discovery findings into implementation scope, estimates, roadmap, and Statement of Work (SOW) inputs.
• Provide strong client-facing communication and technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Quadient Inspire / Quadient CCM.
• Hands-on CCM solution architecture experience.
• Experience designing or executing CCM platform migrations.
• Good understanding of OpenText CCM.
• Good understanding of Messagepoint.
• Strong knowledge of:
• CCM architecture
• Template design and migration
• Content management
• Dynamic/personalized communications
• Batch and on-demand document generation
• APIs and integration patterns
• Print and digital communication channels
• Data mapping and transformation
• Testing and reconciliation of generated communications
• Ability to independently conduct architecture/discovery workshops.
• Ability to convert discovery findings into implementation scope, estimates, roadmap, and SOW inputs.
• Strong client-facing communication and technical documentation skills.

• Previous OpenText to Quadient migration experience.
• Previous Messagepoint to Quadient migration experience.
• Experience assessing large template/communication portfolios and defining migration complexity.
• Experience with Quadient implementation in regulated industries such as healthcare services.
• Experience developing CCM modernization business cases and migration estimates.
