The WorkThis role is pivotal in orchestrating a comprehensive Data, AI, and agentic transformation that leverages the power of Google Cloud Platform to unlock unprecedented value from the data and processes managed within these critical enterprise platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Ecosystem & Partnership Strategy: Develop and execute a cohesive strategy for integrating Google Cloud's Data, AI, and agentic capabilities with market-leading ISV platforms. Cultivate and manage executive-level relationships with key partners like Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Workday to drive deep technical alignment and joint innovation.
- Integrated Data & AI Transformation: Architect and oversee the implementation of modern, cross-platform data strategies that unify data from ISV systems within Google Cloud for advanced analytics and AI.
- Lead initiatives to build and deploy AI/ML models and intelligent agents that operate across Google Cloud Platform and ISV environments to automate complex workflows and generate predictive insights.
- Solution Development & Go-to-Market Spearhead the development of joint, market-leading solutions and reference architectures that solve critical customer problems by combining Google Cloud Platform and ISV capabilities.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and partner organizations to create and execute powerful go-to-market (GTM) plans and enablement programs that drive adoption and revenue.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the central point of contact and thought leader for all Google Cloud Platform + ISV integration efforts, ensuring alignment between product, engineering, and business development teams.
- Champion a culture of innovation and collaboration, inspiring teams to push the boundaries of what's possible with integrated cloud and SaaS technologies.
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
Here's what you need- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business (or a related field) or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in a senior leadership role within technology, focusing on strategic alliances, business development, or product strategy.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience working with major enterprise SaaS platforms (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday, Oracle).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience and demonstrated success in leading large-scale, cross-functional programs from conception to launch.
Professional Skills Requirement- Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and the data and AI landscape.
Bonus points if you have- Master's degree or MBA.
- Deep technical expertise in Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform), particularly its data analytics, machine learning, and AI services.
- A strong track record of building and managing successful, revenue-generating partnerships with major ISVs.
- Experience in deploying AI, machine learning, or agentic automation solutions in a complex, multi-platform enterprise environment.
- Exceptional executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to articulate a compelling technical and business vision to a wide range of audiences, from C-level executives to engineers.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
