Join our Infrastructure Managed Services team as a Network Tools Platform Engineer, where you will design and optimize the systems that monitor our global enterprise network. You will play a critical role in integrating network telemetry and automation solutions to ensure maximum uptime and visibility.

responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain enterprise tools including SolarWinds, Splunk, and LiveNX.
- Develop automation workflows using Python and Ansible for network configuration.
- Design custom dashboards and API integrations to streamline IT operations.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to establish monitoring and alerting standards.
qualifications:
7+ years of experience in network tools deployment and management.
4+ years of experience with automation scripting (Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, SNMP, BGP, OSPF).
