Senior Software Development Lead
Job requirements
    Experience Range: With at least 5 years and up to 8 years of hands-on experience in Pega application development and integration Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business and technical requirements for Pega application development
  • Design and develop Pega application interfaces and integrations, ensuring robust and scalable solutions
  • Own assigned modules and manage end-to-end implementation of user stories and technical tasks, driving timely delivery
  • Apply advanced object-oriented analysis, design skills, and system integration expertise to build high-quality applications
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Pega applications, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance
  • Participate in testing and quality assurance activities to validate solutions meet business requirements and standards
  • Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to team members for effective collaboration
  • Enforce best practices in Pega architecture, design, and coding to ensure maintainability and scalability

  • Required Skills:
  • Pega PRPC version 8+ platform experience
  • Expertise in Pega Case Management, File Listener, Job Scheduler, Activities, Data Transforms, Flows, and UI Rules (Section, Harness, Skin)
  • Strong knowledge of database technologies and interfaces
  • Experience with Pega rules and features including Flows, Activities, User Interface, Flow Actions, Agents, SLA, Correspondence, Single-Sign-On, External Authentication, PRPC Security, Reports, Listeners (File, MQ), Connectors, and SOAP Services
  • Full PRPC implementation cycle experience including enterprise Class Structure design and Rulesets design
  • Experience integrating Pega with external systems
  • Proficiency in PL-SQL
  • Familiarity with Java and JavaScript

  • Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with REST services integration
  • Healthcare domain knowledge
  • Experience with process methodology and development methodologies such as Agile, SDLC, and Iterative
  • Expertise in business process modeling or flow charting

  • Desired Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline
  • Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification, obtained at least 4 years ago
  • Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) certification or equivalent is a plus
