About the Role:

We are seeking a Snowflake Engineer with strong experience in Jitterbit integrations and Salesforce data pipelines to support a Key Account Management (KAM) initiative. The role focuses on bringing Customer Data from multiple sources into Snowflake, transforming it, and integrating it seamlessly into Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Snowflake Data Engineering — Design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines and ELT workflows.
• Jitterbit Integration Development — Build and maintain Jitterbit workflows to ingest, transform, and sync customer data.
• Salesforce Data Integration — Implement and manage data flows from Snowflake into Salesforce for KAM use cases.
• Customer Data Management — Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of customer master data.
• API & ETL Pipeline Development — Develop and maintain API‑based integrations and ETL processes.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration — Work closely with business, CRM, and analytics teams to support KAM reporting and insights.
• Data Quality & Governance — Implement validation, monitoring, and error‑handling frameworks.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Snowflake: SQL, Snowpipe, Streams, Tasks, Warehouses, performance tuning.
• Jitterbit: Harmony, API Manager, Cloud Studio, connectors, workflow orchestration.
• Salesforce Integration: Data Loader, APIs, CDC, CRM data models.
• ETL/ELT: Strong understanding of data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration.
• API Integration: REST/SOAP, authentication, error handling.
• Customer Data / MDM: Experience with Customer 360, account hierarchies, and master data.
• Cloud Platforms: AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform experience is a plus.

Nice to Have:

• Mulesoft or Informatica Cloud integration experience.
• Python for automation and data transformations.
• KAM domain knowledge — familiarity with account planning, customer hierarchies, and CRM workflows.
