Facilities Construction Manager
The Opportunity:

Manage project design and construction efforts, including schedule, funding, and day-to-day project oversight. Manage and evaluate construction contractor performance. Integrate and coordinate projects with field personnel. Evaluate, validate, and manage project change requests. Provide offi cia l weekly project status reports. Prepare and distribute project communication with customers, management, integrated project teams, and stakeholders. Prepare construction cost estimates and schedules.

You Have:

• Experience managing design and construction projects
• Experience with the timely input of all data, comments, and documentation into project management sof tware tools such as Maximo or Micro sof t Project, for all projects, work orders, and tasks across the project life cycle
• Experience monitoring project schedules and budget s, providing technical guidance and assistance on contracting and construction issues, directing design efforts, recommending construction documents for approval, and providing oversight of any follow-on maintenance programs
• Ability to travel domestically
• Ability to prepare Contractor Performance Reports ( CPRs ) upon contract closeout
• Ability to assist the client's Contracting Officer ( CO ) and Contracting Officer's Technical Representative ( COTR ) with acquisition planning, execution, and administration
• Ability to assist the CO and COTR with c ond ucting pre-bid and pre-construction site visits with the COTR
• Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience with facilities project management, or 9+ years of experience with facilities project management in lieu of a degree

• Experience optimizing performance, cost, and schedule by ensuring project objectives are achieved on schedule and at the lowest cost compatible with user requirements
• Experience ensuring integration of all systems, including IT, telephone, security, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing
• Experience providing invoices to support information to the COTR for payment
• Knowledge of project scheduling tools and met hods
• Ability to c ond uct design reviews with the customer
• Project Management Professional ( PMP ) Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
