Job Description: Siebel Developer- Junior

Location: Fort Worth TX Hybrid

Contract

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, development, and customization of Siebel CRM applications.
• Support configuration, scripting, and integration tasks under guidance of senior developers.
• Participate in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Siebel applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Maintain documentation for configurations, customizations, and workflows.
• Perform unit testing and support system testing activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Basic understanding of Siebel CRM architecture and functionalities.
• Knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and data modeling.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, C++, or scripting (JavaScript, VBScript).
• Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn new technologies.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Exposure to Siebel Tools and Siebel Workflow.
• Understanding of web services and integration concepts.
• Experience with Oracle databases.
• Internship or academic project experience in CRM systems.
