We are looking for the best, highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join the team of our exceptional client. This role focuses on leading complex, multidisciplinary electronics-based new product development (NPD) and new product introduction (NPI) initiatives, ensuring predictable delivery, cost control, and on-time execution.

This position requires strong project leadership, technical understanding of electronics and embedded systems, and the ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk across high-impact projects while driving cross-functional collaboration.

What will your day look like? As a Senior Project Manager, you will:

Own the successful delivery of complex projects, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead cross-functional teams in developing and refining NPD and NPI project plans, including scope definition, scheduling, cost estimation, and resource allocation.
Manage all phases of projects from concept through manufacturing transfer, ensuring seamless execution.
Coordinate deliverables across engineering, quality, procurement, and manufacturing teams.
Maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, providing regular updates to stakeholders and leadership.
Track milestones, manage dependencies, and proactively mitigate risks and issues.
Communicate project status, risks, and next steps clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Manage scope changes in collaboration with internal teams to ensure alignment on priorities and impacts.
Mentor and support the development of other project managers.
Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO processes, tools, and best practices.
Foster a collaborative and accountable environment focused on quality, efficiency, and technical excellence.
Identify opportunities to deliver additional value beyond baseline project scope.

You will be a good fit for the Senior Project Manager role if you have:

Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5 10 years of experience managing complex technical projects in electronics product development, engineering services, or contract manufacturing
Proven ability to manage multiple medium to large-scale projects simultaneously while meeting scope, schedule, budget, and quality goals
Strong technical understanding of electronics, embedded systems, and multidisciplinary product development processes
Experience with NPI and manufacturing processes, including DFM/DFT, verification/validation, and production transfer
Familiarity with regulated environments, including FDA guidelines and ISO 13485 standards
Proficiency with project planning and resource management tools (Microsoft Project experience preferred)
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical and business concepts clearly
Ability to translate complex technical requirements into actionable project plans
Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities to build and support high-performing teams

Nice-to-Haves:

PMP or equivalent project management certification
Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies
Background in medical device development or other regulated industries such as automotive or defense
