Python Developer-Full time-Hybrid

We are seeking a Python Developer with strong expertise in ML Ops, NLP, and Generative AI. The ideal candidate will work on building scalable AI solutions, fine-tuning models, and developing intelligent applications using modern AI/ML frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement scalable applications using Python.
• Work on ML Ops pipelines for model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Perform data preprocessing, cleansing, and feature engineering on large datasets.
• Design and build Generative AI applications using LLMs.
• Fine-tune models such as LLaMA, GPT, or similar architectures.
• Implement prompt engineering techniques for business use cases.
• Develop solutions using NLP and deep learning models (BERT, GPT, Transformers).
• Work with vector databases like Pinecone, Milvus, or pgvector.
• Apply statistical techniques such as regression, clustering, and hypothesis testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.

Required Skills

• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Hands-on experience with ML Ops tools and practices.
• Strong understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms.
• Experience with NLP, Deep Learning, and Transformer architectures.
• Experience with LLM fine-tuning and GenAI applications.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI model optimization.
• Experience working with vector databases and embeddings.
• Strong foundation in statistics and data analysis.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and model deployment.
• Knowledge of big data tools and distributed systems.
