We are looking for an experienced IT Network Application Solution Lead / Architect to support and enhance Train Control / SCADA systems and mission-critical network infrastructure. This role focuses on system reliability, security, and 24/7 operational availability for real-time transportation systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design, maintenance, and enhancement of Train Control / SCADA systems
• Support highly available, fault-tolerant network infrastructure (24/7 operations)
• Administer and maintain RedHat Linux and Windows servers
• Configure and support routers, switches, firewalls, and network security
• Plan and execute hardware/software upgrades and system enhancements
• Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and technical documentation
• Provide on-call and emergency support as required

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of experience with SCADA / real-time control systems
• 10+ years in networking, servers, and operating systems
• Strong knowledge of network design, security, and system lifecycle management
• Experience working in railroad, transportation, or signaling environments preferred
• Excellent communication and stakeholder interaction skills

Additional Details:

• On-call support, occasional nights/weekends
• Up to 25% travel
