Summary
Job Title: Program Delivery Manager
Location: Alpharetta GA
Duration: 12+ Month Contract
Essential Qualification and Work Experience:
- 10-12 years of experience in program delivery, preferably in BFSI or fintech.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in the payments industry, including merchant onboarding, payment gateway integrations, and digital banking platforms, knowledge of acquiring and issuing business.
- Proven experience in client-facing roles with strong stakeholder management.
- Deep understanding of implementation lifecycle, configuration-driven delivery, and offshore coordination.
- Experience with agile methodologies, sprint planning, and backlog management.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with global payment aggregator platforms (e.g. FIS, Fiserv etc).
Technical/Soft Skills:
- Documentation & Collaboration: Confluence, SharePoint, OneDrive
- Requirement Structuring: Jira (Epics, Stories), Excel Templates, Gap Analysis documentation
- Workflow Visualization: Miro, Lucidchart
- Knowledge of API & Integration
- Communication: Microsoft Teams, Slack
- Governance & Reporting: Jira Dashboards, Status Reports
- Preferred work experience & Qualification
- PCI DSS Certification Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard for secure handling of cardholder data.
- Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) Expertise in ACH payments, risk management, and compliance.
- Certified BFSI Professional (CBP) Domain knowledge in banking, securities, and financial services.
- PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications (optional)
Responsibilities:
- Client & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as the face of Coforge for Fiserv, banks, and third-party vendors.
- Lead workshops to understand bank-specific onboarding journeys, payment flows, and compliance needs.
- Build strong relationships with Fiserv Product, DevOps, and DMA Development teams. - Requirement Structuring & Planning:
- Capture and analyze business requirements related to merchant onboarding and payment processing.
- Structure requirements into standardized implementation playbooks for offshore execution.
- Classify bank complexity tiers and define implementation scope and timelines. - Delivery Governance:
- Own sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and milestone tracking.
- Maintain RAID logs and ensure timely resolution of risks and issues.
- Lead daily standups, bi-weekly status meetings, and monthly governance reviews. - Coordination with Offshore Teams:
- Ensure offshore teams receive complete, well-documented requirements.
- Minimize dependency by creating reusable templates, configuration guides, and test plans.
- Act as escalation point for offshore execution blockers. - Change Management:
- Identify configuration limitations and initiate change requests with the DMA Development team.
- Track scope changes and ensure alignment with contractual terms and timelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
