SuccessFactors – Employee Central Payroll Lead

Introduction: As a SuccessFactors – Employee Central Payroll Lead, you will be a key member of the team responsible for implementing SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll for our clients. You will play a crucial role in preparing workshop materials, facilitating requirements gathering workshops, drafting process definition documents, configuring the system, and leading a team of offshore resources. Your expertise in payroll data migration and your certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll will be essential for the success of our projects.

Responsibilities:

• Client facing responsibilities
• Must have SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll certification (non-negotiable)
• Experience with multiple ECP implementations
• Prepare workshop materials
• Facilitate requirements gathering workshops
• Draft and deliver Process Definition Documents (PDDs)
• Hands-on configuration of the system
• Create functional specifications for payroll-related interfaces
• Lead and manage a team of 2-3 offshore resources
• Participate in payroll data migration discussions and planning
• Travel to Delaware or other east coast states as needed
• Support defects and testing
• Participate in cutover activities
• Workshops to begin in May/June 2026
• Go-live planned for April 2027
• Experience in utilities industry preferred

• Required: SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll certification
• Required: Experience with multiple ECP implementations
• Required: Ability to draft Process Definition Documents
• Required: Hands-on configuration experience
