Key Responsibilities
Windows Server Administration
- Install, configure, maintain, and support Windows Server environments.
- Manage physical and virtual server deployments.
- Perform server patching, upgrades, and maintenance.
- Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
- Monitor server performance and troubleshoot infrastructure issues.
SQL Server Administration
- Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft SQL Server.
- Perform SQL Server backups, restores, cloning, and migrations.
- Troubleshoot SQL Server performance and connectivity issues.
- Support database upgrades and operational maintenance.
Virtualization & Infrastructure
- Manage VMware vSphere, ESXi, and Hyper-V environments.
- Provision and maintain virtual machines.
- Support server lifecycle management and virtualization operations.
Automation & Security
- Utilize PowerShell for automation and administration tasks.
- Implement server and SQL security best practices.
- Support compliance, patching, and vulnerability remediation activities.
Required Experience
- 3+ years of Windows Server Administration experience.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
- Experience with VMware vSphere and/or Hyper-V.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting and enterprise infrastructure support.

Manager's Priority
