We are looking for an experienced Senior Python Developer to join the Global Risk Analysis Technology team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on enterprise-scale risk analysis, liquidity platforms, regulatory reporting, and data engineering solutions in a global Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain Python-based ETL pipelines and data quality frameworks

Develop and support:

• Python Microservices
• RESTful APIs
• Enterprise Data Pipelines

Manage and optimize relational databases including:

• DB2
• Sybase
• Microsoft SQL Server
• Snowflake

Support liquidity platforms, regulatory reporting, and enterprise data operations

Troubleshoot production issues, data alerts, and application performance

Collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors, and global technology teams

Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

Create technical documentation, Jira epics, and user stories

Mentor junior developers and contribute to coding standards and best practices

Required Skills

9+ years of Python Development experience

Strong expertise in:

• Python
• ETL Development
• REST APIs
• Microservices

Hands-on experience with:

• FastAPI
• Pandas
• SQL

Strong knowledge of relational databases:

• DB2
• Microsoft SQL Server
• Sybase
• Snowflake

UNIX/Linux environment experience

Strong understanding of SOA and RESTful Architecture

Production support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization

Preferred Skills

Financial Services / Investment Banking experience

Risk Management or Analytics platforms

Cloud platform exposure

Java experience

Portfolio Analytics, Performance Attribution & Risk Calculations

Strong quantitative and mathematical background
