Job Summary

The IT Project Manager will act as a key business partner representing IT strategy and project delivery for Supply Chain and Finance applications across North America. The role is accountable for leading local, Zone, and at times Global projects, including team coordination, delivery management, budget oversight, and collaboration with Domain teams to ensure successful project execution.

This role will help evolve the standard of Agile project delivery within the Supply Chain and Finance domain and may also include hybrid or traditional waterfall project types depending on scope.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure execution of standard project documents, functional scope, technical design, integration models, and data analytics as per schedule.
  • Manage project budgeting and tracking using standard rate sheets for contract staff across all domains.
  • Coordinate capacity planning with Domain Leads and B2B guidelines.
  • Plan resource assignments in collaboration with Domain Leads.
  • Develop project task plans including resource models, milestones, and delivery timelines.
  • Own L'Oral project billing artifacts, including Statements of Work, Purchase Orders, and Capital Requests.
  • Track project budgets periodically, including timesheet reconciliation, invoicing, and remaining spend.
  • Prepare and share periodic status reports with project stakeholders and IT leadership.
  • Provide budget oversight for projects managed directly by contract staff in line with LUSA Budget Management Guidelines.
  • Manage local project responsibilities and ensure alignment with delivery expectations.
  • Act as key lead for project portfolio structures, PMO standards, and practices.
  • Steer deployment of core models within the Zone in coordination with central teams.
  • Apply Zone IT and B2B guidelines and consistency frameworks.
  • Report to the leader of the Project Delivery Office within the North America Supply Chain and Finance team.

Technical Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in Information Systems.
  • Background in Project Management, SAP, Finance, Supply Chain, and/or Logistics is preferred.
  • Project Management certification is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills with the ability to work in fast-paced environments and meet defined timelines.
  • Strong organizational and analytical problem-solving skills.
