Summary

Oracle OFSAA Developer / Data Warehouse Consultant – Banking Domain
Term : Contract to full time Hire (C2H)
Location : Remote (USA)
ONLY W2 Contractor

We are seeking an experienced Oracle OFSAA Consultant with strong expertise in Data Warehouse development and financial services domain experience. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting and enhancing OFSAA platforms in enterprise banking environments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Configuration, customization, development, patching, and upgrades across OFSAA modules including OFSAAI, OFSALM, OFSFTP, OFSPFT, OFSADIH, and OFSDF
• Perform data mapping activities between EDW, staging/reporting layers, and OFSAA platforms
• Develop and support T2T (Table-to-Table) data integration processes
• Support overall Enterprise Data Warehouse implementation initiatives
• Collaborate closely with finance and business teams to gather monthly requirements and support timely delivery/deployments
• Analyze banking financial statements and understand relationships between financial attributes and reporting structures
• Troubleshoot application, ETL, and database-related issues while ensuring optimal performance and stability

Required Qualifications:
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience supporting OFSAA 8.1.0 and 8.1.2 environments
• Strong experience with OFSAA patching, monitoring, performance tuning, and production support
• Hands-on experience with Erwin Data Modeling
• Experience with ETL development, PL/SQL programming, and Data Warehouse concepts
• Basic Unix/Linux scripting knowledge
• Strong SQL skills with tools such as SQL Developer and Toad
• 5+ years of Data Warehouse and application development experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications:
• Financial services or banking industry experience
• Experience merging models across multiple OFSAA instances
• Knowledge of Zena Enterprise Job Scheduling
• Strong understanding of banking terminology and finance-related processes
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced collaborative environment
• Strong communication and customer-focused mindset
• Team player with a continuous improvement attitude
