Job Overview:
Pay Range: $17.73hr - $22.73hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- High school diploma or two-year degree.
- Proficiency with computer system applications.
- Knowledge of cGMPs and quality systems.
- Experience in inventory management systems (EWM, SAP, etc.).
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work overtime, as required.
- Must complete Learning Plan for job responsibilities.
- Tasks may require executing activities which require wearing appropriate PPE, including steel toe shoes.
Responsibilities:
- Creating, handling and preparing samples of components for testing.
- Maintaining and documenting accurate records.
- Assisting with the verification of sampling execution and monitoring requests for SAP data entry, requiring execution in a timely manner to support material receipts.
- Ensures all areas of work remain in quality compliance per SOPs and cGMP requirements.
- Monitor requests for SAP data entry and execute in a timely manner to support material receipts.
- Practices safety behaviors with proper PPE and lifting techniques.
- Supports all HSE Corporate and Site Goals.
- Participate in aberrant data investigations.
- Work with the support groups and external partners to resolve or provide advice on areas of involvement.
- Performs appropriate transactions in SAP and LIMS to ensure system represents all activities performed.
- Participate/lead self-inspection activities and support regulatory inspections/audits.
- Maintain and improve quality systems.
- Due to nature of job The candidate must have Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
