Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Angular Engineer (Angular / Java) to join our dynamic team within the Consumer Digital BU (formerly GCT). The ideal candidate will have strong experience in enterprise-scale Angular development, modern front-end architecture, and API integration and a proven ability to deliver scalable, performant user interfaces and collaborate across full-stack teams.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive Angular applications with reusable UI components.
• Establish and govern front-end architecture, state management, and UI coding standards.
• Integrate with RESTful APIs and microservices and collaborate on backend services as needed.
• Optimize performance, accessibility, and browser rendering and lead troubleshooting and debugging.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Expertise in Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, RxJS, HTML5, CSS3, and front-end testing frameworks such as Jest.
• Experience building scalable, componentized UI libraries and implementing state management.
• Proficiency consuming REST APIs and working with microservices-based integrations.
• Working knowledge of Java and Spring Boot for API integration and backend collaboration.
• 8+ years of experience designing and developing enterprise web applications.

Preferred Skills:

• Kafka, Kubernetes, Docker, Oracle, CI/CD tooling such as Jenkins, Tekton, or Harness.
• Experience in Agile teams collaborating with product, UX, backend, and platform groups.
