Job Details

We are on the hunt for a passionate, dedicated, and highly skilled Permanent Electrical Superintendent to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of all electrical systems within our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating activities pertaining to the new construction of Hyperscale Data Centers & Industrial facilities. This is a fantastic chance to work with a team of dedicated professionals and make a significant contribution to our ongoing success.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Electrical Superintendent, you will be expected to:

1. Oversee and direct the daily operations of the electrical team, ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standard.
2. Develop and implement maintenance procedures, monitor systems, and resolve any issues promptly.
3. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to determine the electrical needs for various projects and oversee the installation of electrical systems.
4. Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations, implementing safety measures and maintaining a safe working environment.
5. Train, supervise, and mentor electrical workers and apprentices, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest level of productivity and efficiency.
6. Prepare and present reports detailing all electrical maintenance and repair work.
7. Stay updated with the latest advancements in electrical engineering and introduce new technology and methods when beneficial.
