Job Title : Senior HCL Domino / Notes Administrator
Location: Jackson, MS, Remote

The client is seeking an experienced HCL Domino/Notes Administrator to support a critical infrastructure modernization initiative.
This role will focus on upgrading production and development Domino servers from version 12 to version 14.x within a Windows Server environment. The selected consultant will also support the implementation of Domino Leap and Domino Nomad, convert multiple legacy applications to current versions, and integrate systems with existing IBM DB2 databases.
This is a hands-on technical role requiring deep Domino administration expertise, strong infrastructure knowledge, and the ability to support enterprise-grade systems in a secure government environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
Perform upgrade of HCL Domino servers from version 12 to 14.x in production and development environments.
Administer and support HCL Notes environments, including patching and version management.
Implement and configure Domino Leap and Domino Nomad.
Convert and modernize existing Domino applications to the latest supported versions.
Integrate Domino applications with IBM DB2 databases using ODBC.
Ensure system security, certificate management, and public key infrastructure compliance.
Support VPN connectivity and secure remote access configurations.
Maintain and troubleshoot Windows Server 2019 environments.
Apply security best practices across network and application layers.
Provide documentation and structured knowledge transfer to internal DFA staff.
**Required Qualifications**
Candidates must meet all mandatory requirements below to be considered:
Education
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems & Network Administration, or a related IT field.
Experience
Minimum 5+ years of HCL Domino administration and HCL Notes support experience, including version upgrades and patching.
Minimum 5+ years of experience with:
Network infrastructure
Windows Server environments
IBM DB2 and ODBC integrations
Minimum 5+ years of general IT experience in enterprise environments.
Proven experience performing production system upgrades.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Demonstrated documentation and knowledge transfer experience.
