Location: Reston, VA
Duration : Long Term
Salary: $130K - $135K base + benefits Max. OR $70-75/hr on W2
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master Consultant with the following qualifications:
- Strong expertise as a Scrum Master with solid knowledge of Scrum ceremonies.
- Ability to translate business requirements into detailed user stories, ensuring all acceptance criteria, dependencies, and validations are thoroughly documented.
- Good understanding of technical concepts to write technical user stories and facilitate technical discussions effectively.
- Capable of working independently and leading PI (Program Increment) planning sessions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in using JIRA, Confluence, and analyzing log files.
- Preferred: Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, automation, release management, and deployment planning.
