As a
Material Verification Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety, reliability, and quality of aircraft components by owning and optimizing the chemical cleaning processes used in our manufacturing operations. You will partner with quality, manufacturing, and engineering to strengthen process stability, improve predictability, and implement data-driven improvements.
This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with subject-matter experts across multiple sites, contributing to shared best practices and helping advance our broader process standards.
- This position will work onsite at our San Marcos, TX facility.

What You Will Do: - Plans, organizes, directs and reports on special process-related activities to ensure engineering requirements are met for special processes. This includes reporting on raw materials quality and special process service providers' performance.
- Participate in assessments or audits for chemical processing.
- Support NADCAP accreditations.
- Performs a variety of activities relating to the testing performed by other quality functions.
- Performs functional testing of products to ensure proper functioning of electrical, mechanical, and chemical performance.
- Correct and/or provide additions to the solution tanks in the S-Line when process controls are out of range as needed.
- Ensure that chemical processing and operations personnel performing chemical processing tasks are trained, qualified, and evaluated periodically to ensure proficiency in their assigned tasks.
- Ensure that all testing records, data, and lab reports are complete, and traceable back to production order numbers.
- Drive actions to stay compliant against enterprise requirements
Qualifications You Must Have:- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math and 2 years relevant experience or An Advanced Degree in a related field.

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
