  • Champion platform rationalization and standardization by reducing duplicative tools, driving adoption of common capabilities, leveraging cloud capabilities & modern technologies and enabling consistent processes, controls, and reporting.
  • Establish and run governance forums (e.g., functional technology councils, steering committees, intake/prioritization cadences) to drive transparency, decision-making, funding alignment, and risk management.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to evaluate solution options, including process redesign, configuration-first approaches, system enhancements & upgrades, and integration opportunities, bringing practical recommendations to the table.
  • Collaborate with Technology teams to ensure non-functional requirements are defined and implemented into the platforms that enable the functional technology.
  • Partner with Risk, Compliance, Privacy, and Legal stakeholders to ensure solutions meet regulatory obligations, audit expectations, data protection standards, and internal controls (including segregation of duties where applicable).
  • Manage vendor and partner relationships for relevant enterprise platforms and tools, including performance management, contract neogiation & alignment, roadmap influence, and cost/value optimization.
  • Define success measures (OKRs/KPIs) for functional and technology outcomes, track benefits realization, and continuously improve services based on adoption, user experience, operational stability, and cost efficiency.
  • Lead and mentor a team (directly or through matrixed leadership) to deliver consistent stakeholder engagement, high-quality execution, and strong operational rigor.

Key Skills
  • Executive-level business partnering with the ability to influence, challenge constructively, and align diverse stakeholder priorities.
  • Strong product and platform mindset, with experience driving standardization, reuse, and enterprise leverage while meeting domain-specific needs.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to translate between business, technical, and risk/compliance audiences.
  • Proven experience in roadmap development, intake/prioritization, and portfolio execution across multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Knowledge of enterprise platforms and corporate function systems (e.g., ERP/financial systems, HRIS/HCM, collaboration and communications platforms, contract lifecycle management, GRC tools).
  • Proven experience with program and project management, able to lead cross-functional delivery through matrixed teams using Agile and/or hybrid delivery methods.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including process mapping, root cause analysis, and benefits/value modeling.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in technology, product/platform leadership, or business technology partnership roles, including enterprise-scale delivery.
  • 5+ years leading teams and/or large cross-functional programs with significant stakeholder complexity.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with corporate functions such as Finance, HR, Legal, Communications, Procurement, Risk/Compliance, or similar shared services.
  • Experience working in a regulated industry (financial services strongly preferred) with familiarity navigating compliance, audit, privacy, and security expectations.
  • Proven ability to drive platform standardization and simplification while maintaining strong customer experience and functional outcomes.
  • Experience managing third-party vendors and enterprise software relationships (contracts, performance, roadmap alignment).
