Job Description

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer / Generative AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-driven and Generative AI solutions for enterprise applications. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 7 years of professional experience after completing a Bachelor’s degree and be open to relocating anywhere in the United States based on project needs.

This is a long-term W2 contract opportunity, with visa sponsorship available for eligible candidates after project allocation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI and Generative AI solutions

• Develop and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) and ML models

• Build AI pipelines for training, inference, and evaluation

• Implement prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and model orchestration

• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications and APIs

• Work closely with data engineers, product teams, and stakeholders

• Optimize model performance, scalability, and cost

• Monitor and improve AI systems in production environments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field

• 7+ years of experience in AI / ML development (post-Bachelor’s)

• Strong proficiency in Python

• Hands-on experience with Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and NLP

• Experience with Generative AI models (LLMs)

• Experience using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face

• Strong understanding of prompt engineering and RAG architectures

• Experience building REST APIs and AI services

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Preferred Skills

• Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or other LLM platforms

• Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, etc.)

• Experience with MLOps tools and CI/CD pipelines

• Exposure to data engineering or big data tools

• Experience with AI governance, security, and compliance
