Senior Network Architect to design, implement, and optimize advanced network solutions with a strong focus on multicast environments. This role combines deep technical expertise with hands-on development in automation, requiring collaboration across engineering and infrastructure teams.
Key Responsibilities - Network Architecture & Design: Architect and deploy scalable, resilient, high-performance networks, specializing in multicast (PIM, IGMP, MSDP). Lead capacity planning and cloud convergence initiatives.
- Automation Development: Build and expand our network automation platform using GoLang. Develop tools and services for provisioning, configuration management, and monitoring.
- Troubleshooting & Optimization: Act as the highest escalation point for complex network issues, especially multicast routing and automation. Proactively enhance performance and stability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with software engineering, SRE, and deployment teams to align network capabilities with evolving application needs.
Minimum Qualifications - 5+ years of experience managing and delivering technical projects.
- Background in one or more areas: machine learning, recommendation systems, NLP, computer vision, pattern recognition, or AI.
- Experience in technical client service (consulting preferred).
- Expert-Level Certification: CCIE, JNCIE, or Arista ACE-L7 (preferred).
- Multicast Expertise: Proven track record designing, deploying, and troubleshooting large-scale multicast routing.
- Coding Proficiency: Strong development skills in Go and Python, with clean, maintainable, well-tested code.
- Automation Experience: Hands-on experience with frameworks like Ansible, Nornir, or custom-built solutions. Comfortable with APIs, data modeling, and intent-based networking.
