8+ years of backend development experience
Strong hands-on expertise in Golang
Solid proficiency in Python
Deep understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems
Expertise in RESTful APIs and/or gRPC
Strong knowledge of concurrency patterns in Go
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis)
