Job Title: Java Developer - Remote / Telecommute

Job Overview:

Requirement/Must Have:

5+ years experience in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Microservices & REST APIs, Kafka integrations, Oracle ADF (11g/12c), Angular & Java technologies.
Experience across requirement analysis, estimation, design, development, unit/system testing and defect fixing.
Strong expertise in Java frameworks (Spring MVC, Boot, Struts), CI/CD tools: Maven, Jenkins, uDeploy, App servers: WebLogic, JBoss, Apache Tomcat.

Responsibilities:

Translate business plans into IT solutions.
Conduct cost-benefit analysis.
Implement process improvement and change management.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Participate in Agile development.

Nice to Have:

Ability to mentor engineers.
Vendor relationship management.
Continuous learning mindset.
Pega application development.
Healthcare / Customer Service domain experience.
Azure cloud deployment (Pega).
Legacy system integrations.
Root cause analysis in Pega ecosystem.
Integration with external systems of record.

Skills:

Docker-based microservices deployment.
Kafka messaging implementations.
Web services integration.
Oracle ADF architecture (EO, VO, AM, View Links).
ADF security, internationalization.
Strong communication and teamwork.
Result-oriented and proactive learning mindset.
