Title: Salesforce Business Analyst (Hybrid) - 3 Openings
Duration: 6 Months with possible extension based on performance.
Location: Onsite at Vancouver, WA

Location Requirement: Candidate must be local to Vancouver, WA
Work Schedule: CST, 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
Hybrid - in office 3 days a week.

Only W2 candidates are eligible for this position. Third-party or C2C candidates will not be considered.

Required Certifications:

Salesforce Certified Administrator
Recommended additional certs:
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator
- Sales Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist

Responsibilities:

Manage CRM and Oracle CPQ data.
Daily, ad hoc data management activities including:
- Pushing data into centralized/shared locations.
- Pulling data from systems and moving data across platforms to create cases.
- Manual data entry and ongoing data maintenance.
Work closely with stakeholders to support data needs and operational requests.
Role involves hands-on configuration work (data-related configuration).
No system configuration, workflow/flow creation, or admin-level responsibilities.

Core Skills:

Salesforce CRM administration (including data management, reporting, security model)
Oracle CPQ configuration and quote-to-order processes
Data migration familiarity
Audit and compliance checks

Experience:

5+ years in Salesforce and CPQ environments. Oracle CPQ: Basic-level experience required.
Familiarity with Lead-to-Order (L2O) processes and global deployments
Exposure to integration tools and reporting tools.
Salesforce & CPQ exposure: Approximately 50% Oracle CPQ / 50% Salesforce.
Strong Excel and data handling skills

Education:

Bachelor's degree not required, but preferred

The existing team: Includes 2 Senior Managers and 1 Senior Analyst supporting field mapping and Excel work.
