Summary

Project Description :

We are seeking a Workday Functional Analyst to augment an existing team responsible for maintaining and supporting highly visible cloud systems including Workday, Adaptive Planning, and Coupa. The Contractor will provide support including troubleshooting production issues, configuring the Workday Finance application, and performing end-to-end testing of integrations, reports, and business processes.

This role will support the production Workday environment, future releases, and the development of new solutions and enhancements.

Qualification Requirements :

Demonstrated ability to configure, implement, test, and document solutions in Workday Finance
Experience with regression testing of applications and integrations for Workday releases
Experience with Workday integrations (Orchestrate, Studio, EIB, etc.)
Excellent communication and organizational skills

Workday Finance configuration & implementation
Workday integrations (Orchestrate, Studio, EIB)
End-to-end testing of integrations, reports & business processes
Regression testing & Workday release management
Workday & Coupa integration troubleshooting
Business process analysis & requirements documentation
Adaptive Planning & Coupa familiarity

Responsibilities :

Partner with stakeholders to define needs, analyze business processes, and design, test, and implement system solutions
Configure business processes and functional areas in Workday Finance to meet organizational requirements
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across Workday Finance, integrations, and reports
Research and develop solutions for integration issues between Workday and Coupa
Manage biannual Workday updates, analyze feature releases, and implement new functionalities
Perform end-to-end and regression testing of integrations and business processes
Document project deliverables including requirements specifications, design documentation, and test results
