Summary

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Power Pages Portal Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of high quality portal solutions for public sector clients. This is a senior level role requiring strong technical expertise in Microsoft Power Pages, front end development, and portal architecture, along with leadership capabilities to guide development teams and ensure best practices.

Location: Tallahassee, FL (Possibly Remote)

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Power Pages portals tailored to public sector needs
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Build responsive, accessible, and user friendly portal interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Define and enforce best practices for portal architecture, security, performance, and scalability
Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure quality standards
Troubleshoot and resolve portal functionality, integration, and performance issues
Stay current with Microsoft Power Platform advancements and emerging portal technologies
Ensure solutions align with enterprise standards and government compliance requirements

Required Qualifications
Five or more years of experience developing portals using Microsoft Power Pages or Power Apps Portals
Strong mastery of front end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Solid understanding of portal architecture, security frameworks, and performance optimization
Hands on experience with Microsoft Power Platform
Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within timelines
Experience working in public sector or government portal environments

Preferred Qualifications
Experience integrating Azure services with Microsoft Power Pages
Familiarity with Agile or Scrum development methodologies
Microsoft Power Platform or related technical certifications
