Platform Architecture team is looking for a AEM Architect who is passionate about the Martech, Decisioning and Personalization industry and has analytical and multi task abilities to thrive in a fast paced environment. This position will be responsible for the design, development, and support of Martech, decisioning & personalization platforms. You must possess strong technical background and have experience with large cross organizational software development projects and have a well-rounded technical background in current cloud technologies. This position will support all initiatives impacting the martech, decisioning & p13n platforms.
- Over 15 years of experience in the IT industry, including architecture, design, development, and testing.
- More than 3 years of architecture experience in building scalable and high performing Martech and Decisioning/P13N platforms, as well as extensive experience in integrating P13N/Targeting with front end applications.
- Proven experience in setting and defining architectural solutions and designs aligned with target architecture, including Customer Data Platform, Analytics platforms, P13N platforms, data engineering and data movement architecture, RESTful API development, microservices development, and understanding of design impacts on performance, security, resiliency, and maintainability.
- Over 2 years of experience with build and CI/CD technologies: GitHub, Maven, Jenkins, Nexus or Sonar.
- Preferred experience with cloud technologies such as Azure.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information clearly to peers, developers, and senior leaders.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies.
- Full Stack experience.
- Experience with Adobe CDP, Adobe Target, Adobe Journey Orchestrator for digital / OMNI personalization.
- Experience with React, Next.JS, Bit, NX, Sanity.io UI Stack.
- SAFe Certified/ AEM Certified.
