Duties and Responsibilities
Stakeholder Communication: Serves as a primary liaison between internal teams and external partners/vendors to ensure clear, timely communication on projects and initiatives.
Business Process Analysis: Analyzes current operational workflows and identifies opportunities for improvement, efficiency, or automation.
Requirement Gathering: Conducts interviews and workshops to gather business, functional, and technical requirements from stakeholders.
Cross-Departmental Coordination: Collaborates with IT, operations, customer service, and leadership teams to align business objectives and resolve cross-functional issues.
Reporting & Documentation: Develops reports, dashboards, and executive summaries to track KPIs, project progress, and stakeholder engagement.
Presentation & Support: Prepares materials and presentations for meetings, briefings, and leadership updates.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly language
- Solid understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting timelines
- High attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with project management or business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Smartsheet, Visio)
