Summary

Job Title: Oracle HCM Time and Labor Functional Consultant

Location: Remote Job + Travel

Duration: 6 Months+

Job Description:

  • We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Time and Labor Functional Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle HCM Cloud Time and Labor modules.
  • The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, HR, Payroll, and technical teams to ensure accurate time capture, compliance, and seamless integration with downstream payroll and HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support Oracle HCM Cloud Time and Labor implementations and enhancements
  • Gather and analyze business requirements related to time entry, schedules, absence, and compliance
  • Configure time categories, time rules, schedules, approvals, and validations
  • Support integration with Payroll, Absence Management, and Core HR
  • Design and execute functional testing (Unit, SIT, UAT) and support defect resolution
  • Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and optimization
  • Prepare functional documentation, configuration workbooks, and user guides
  • Collaborate with technical teams on fast formulas, integrations, and reports
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and organizational policies

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, with strong focus on Time and Labor
  • Hands-on experience in the configuration and implementation of Time and Labor module
  • Strong understanding of time rules, overtime, shift differentials, and approvals
  • Experience working with Payroll and Absence Management modules
  • Knowledge of Fast Formulas related to Time and Labor is a plus
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in full lifecycle Oracle HCM implementations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Oracle HCM Cloud Certification (Time and Labor or Core HR)
  • Experience with global implementations and multiple geographies
  • Exposure to integrations (OTL, third-party time systems)
  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments
