Position Summary:
Title: Principal Identity Security Architect & Product Engineering Lead
Duration: 12 Months – Long Term
Location: 100% Remote
Overview:
The PBAC (Policy-based access control & identity governance) role designs, implements and governs fine-grained authorization policies across enterprise systems. It uses Python and PowerShell automation to streamline identity lifecycle workflows, and integrates enterprise directories with business applications to deliver secure, compliant and highly available IAM services in a regulated banking environment.
Principal Identity Security Architect & Product Engineering Lead:
Enterprise IAM & Zero Trust architecture, niche product engineering (PlainID, Sgnl.ai, Entra ID, CrowdStrike Identity Protection), Policy-Based Access Control (PBAC), ITDR & attack path mapping, behavioral biometrics & risk-based authentication, and modern SSO/MFA/PAM integration.
Prmary Skills:
Experience with leading PBAC solutions (e.g., PlainID, Axiomatics, Sigl-ai), Enterprise IAM Architecture, Okta, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory/LDAP, Python, PowerShell, or similar.
Secondary Skills (good to have):
Automated Provisioning/Deprovisioning, SAML/OAuth 2.0/OIDC protocols, Audit & Compliance governance.
Education and experience:
7+ years in Software Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Data Engineering, or a related technical field is required, or equivalent professional experience.
