Summary
Core Role Summary
This Product Designer will support Kroger’s Next Generation Point of Sale initiative focused on modernizing checkout experiences across stores, pharmacies, and fuel centers. The role partners closely with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Retail Operations, and QA teams to conduct user research, facilitate workshops, create UX deliverables, and validate experiences onsite within Kroger’s POS lab and retail environments.
